Anna lives in Sawbridgeworth and works in the surrounding areas - including Thornwood, Epping, Upshire, Theydon Bois and Sawbridgeworth. She is a mum to a gorgeous 11 year old girl and a 4 year old rescue dog!

Anna is passionate about Pilates, having experienced its amazing benefits herself she then deciding to retrain as a Pilates instructor in order to share it with as many people as possible.

Along with her daily Pilates practice, Anna also loves to read, listen to podcasts, forest walks with her dog Luna and cooking for family and friends.
